• Self-care and energetic hygiene for facilitators

This course is designed for group facilitators—such as yoga teachers, breathwork guides, sound therapists, cacao ceremony facilitators, and circle leaders—who want to integrate intuitive Energy work (Based on EFT/Tapping) into their group offerings. You should already be holding space for adults and ready to deepen the emotional, energetic, and transformational layers of your work.

Jules has a wealth of knowledge, passion and wisdom to share in this program to support facilitators to expand and delve further into their work in holding empowering, healing and transformational spaces. 

No prior EFT training is needed. This course is not a full EFT Practitioner certification (which is for one on one work)—it is a unique, embodied approach that extracts and adapts the most effective elements of EFT for group settings. You’ll learn how to use EFT creatively, safely, and intuitively within your modality within 'group' settings (not for individual one to one use)

This is an online training that spans over approximately 5 months and includes:

• Pre-recorded content you can watch at your own pace

• 8 live Zoom calls for real-time lessons/support/practice

• Plus Q&A, integration and ongoing support - including peer support/practice                      

• A private online learning space to ask questions and connect with each other

• Optional 1:1 coaching and EFT therapy (as a bolt on)

The Doors will officially OPEN on 1 September 2025- this is when you gain access to the course portal (via Kajabi) and can begin looking at the initial foundational course lessons and taking part in a pre-recorded reflective exercise before we gather as a group

• You will receive your access/login details upon arranging your payment

• When you access the portal it is recommended to go through the basic foundation lessons before the Live Lesson Calls

• On the 14 September,  6pm-7.30pm there will be the Group LIVE Welcome session - a relaxed and informal start to the program

The live call lessons will be a combination of daytime and evening (including some weekends) so that there is some flexibility around peoples' schedules.  (Dates will be confirmed upon sign-up)

It is key that you get to as many of these calls as possible.  Each call we will be covering extentions of the foundational course material and there will be alot of practical elements as well as sharing/practising with your peers.

This is what will contribute to this feeling more embodied and you being held and guided, rather than just learning and taking in the information.  

All calls are recorded and accessible in the course portal shortly afterwards. However, to receive your certificate, you must attend at least 3. Calls will be held at varying times to accommodate different time zones and schedules (we’ll discuss this further during the on-boarding process).

The Certificate of Competency is based on your engagement, embodiment, and understanding of the material. This includes:

• Attending 3+ live calls

• Completing the course content

• 2 Case Studies - to be discussed during the course

• A short reflection / embodiment check-in (written or via 1:1)

• Demonstrating your ability to apply what you’ve learned safely and intuitively (during calls (observsation/peer work) case study

This training is specifically for those who work with adult groups only. The emotional, energetic, and ethical material is not designed for use with children. (This would be a completely different training).

To embody and learn in preparation for sharing in your groups and completing the program expect to spend approximately 1–2 hours per week, which would be a combination of:

- course content 

- attending live sessions

- peer practice

You’ll also be encouraged to explore and embody the tools in your own 'personal' practice (which is part of this course, and you are guided with this too).  

While you may feel inspired early on, this training is about learning to hold space for emotional material with integrity, safety, and embodied understanding.

For that reason, I recommend waiting to integrate the tools into your group work until you’ve moved through key parts of the course and received feedback. This ensures the practices are used confidently, responsibly, and in alignment with the depth of this work

Yes! You’ll have ongoing access to all course materials and recordings, so you can revisit the content whenever you like.  It is advised to complete it fully within the duration of the course (4 months) with Jules available as your guide, mentor and coach, and to ensure you receive the certificate of competency. 

Absolutely YES. This training program is a valuable starting point if you have started to deliver in groups.  You’ll be guided to learn simple yet powerful energy-based tools (rooted in EFT methodology) and begin cultivating your own intuitive facilitation style.

The focus isn’t on teaching you how to run a group from the start, but rather on helping you bring depth, presence, and emotional safety into the group spaces you’re holding.

I’m a fully qualified Advanced (Level 3) EFT Practitioner and Master EFT Trainer via the EFT and Mindfulness Centre Worldwide. With over 11 years of experience using both EFT in a one to one therapeutic way as well as various group settings.

My background also includes 20 years as a yoga teacher running classes and events to different groups of people. I've worked across a wide range of settings in my self employed role including a train the trainer model for  teachers in stress reduction as part of a nationwide resilience project.  I am a Life Coach and soon to be Reiki Master and believe that we have way more potential available to us.  

I created this training because there was nothing available for holistic and spiritual practitioners (like me years ago) who wanted to integrate powerful, energetically sound Tapping based tools into group work — without needing to train as full clinical EFT practitioner. This course is a distillation of what I’ve tested, trusted, and embodied over more than a decade.

It offers a grounded, intuitive path for group space holders to confidently support emotional depth in their sessions as well as expanding what is offered.   

EFT has been the centre of my work for 11 years and I see this as an evolutionary step in the arena of group healing and empowerment without it being 'therapy'.

This is not a qualification to become a certified & accredited EFT practitioner (The traditional Level 1, 2 and 3 for one to one theraputic EFT work - I do train in this, but Group Energy Alchemy is not connected in anyway to EFT practitioner training ).   This training is uniquely designed for group space holders and holistic practitioners who want to incorporate intuitive, energy-based tools inspired by some of the basics of EFT into their classes, workshops, and circles. It therefore does not include therapeutic, clinical, or core belief-based EFT work.

You will receive a certificate of competency issued by Jules Christian, an Advanced EFT Practitioner and Master Trainer with over 11 years of experience in both therapeutic EFT and group facilitation. This certification is granted once the following criteria are met:

• Attendance at a minimum of 3 out of 8 live calls

• Demonstrated engagement with the course material and practices

• Completion of reflective case study homework

• Satisfactory embodiment and understanding of the tools taught

The certification ensures you are confident and competent in using this method appropriately in group settings — always within your scope of practice.

Since EFT is an unregulated modality, whether you are insured will depend on your current policy. Many complementary therapy insurers will cover energy-based techniques for emotional support, especially when used in group settings. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance provider about adding this work under your existing coverage.  Jules Christian is insured by Westgate Insurance and they provide cover for this modality used this way.
